Product Returns
Returning Goods
- Prior approval must be obtained in writing (email) before returning products.
- A Return Authority Number (R.A.N.) form will be sent to you once the return is authorised. The form is to be enclosed with the products together with a copy of our delivery docket/invoice and any other relevant correspondence.
- Products returned must be in their original packaging, in new, unopened, undamaged, sellable condition.
- Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within five working days of receipt of goods.
- Returned products will be accepted under the Skinov8 Buyback Guarantee for up to 3 (three) months after purchase. Any goods returned after 3 months will be accepted subject to inspection and will attract 10% re-stocking fee.
- The buyer will arrange for goods to be returned. Skinov8 is not responsible for any loss or damage of the products while in transit.
- If the goods have been returned without any written authorisation by Slender Body Pty Ltd / Skinov8, the company reserves the right to refuse credit for the goods returned.
Claims for Breakages (Export customers only)
- Claims for breakages must be referred to your insurers. We do not insure export consignments.
Issue of Credit
- Slender Body Pty Ltd / Skinov8 reserves the right to refuse or delay credit or replacement unless the procedures for the return of goods have been followed.
- If Return of Goods procedures have been duly followed, credit will be issued during the first week of the following month.
