- I forgot my password Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link (above this FAQ panel) and we will send you a password reset link to your account email address. If you no longer have access to that email address, simply send us a "Password Reset Request" including your Business Name, address and telephone number so that we can verify your account. Can I change my email address? Yes. Simply login using your old email address, then go to "My Account" and change your email address.
- Why do I need to create an account? We are selling to distributors outside Australia and act as a wholesaler for Beauty Salons, Spas and Makeup Artists within Australia. We do not sell directly to the public, wich is why we need to verify your details and ensure that you are suitable to become one of our re-sellers. Will I receive marketing emails if I register? Absolutely not. We respect your privacy and we will only send you emails about special offers or new products if you specifically subscribe to our newsletters. Even so, we hate junk mail just as much as you do so we will not flood your inbox with daily promotional offers, but about 5-10 times a year, maximum when we have something really special to tell.
- Can I pick up my items? We operate from a warehouse and don't use any shop front in order to provide our customers with the very best prices, all Skinov8 products are available for delivery only. We do not offer a pickup from our warehouse.
