  • Am I expected to purchase anything if I register?
    By creating an account or registering your interest in our products you are under no obligation whatsoever to make a purchase. It is merely an indication that you may, at some point, be interested in stocking and reselling our products.

  • What is your typical response time?
    We will review your registration of interest within 24hours. If the registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Am I expected to purchase anything if I register?
    Yes. Our products are already approved in Europe and we are looking to increase our presence in other parts of the world.

  • Can I change my email address?
    Yes. Simply login using your old email address, then go to "My Account" and change your email address.

  • Why do I need to create an account?
    We are selling to distributors to outside Australia and act as a wholesaler for Beauty Salons, Spas and Makeup Artists within in Australia. We do not sell directly to public, therefore naturally we need to verify your account to ensure you are ordering in behalf of one of our approved re-sellers.

  • Will I receive marketing emails if I register?
    Absolutely not. We respect your privacy and we will only send you emails about special offers or new products if you specifically subscribe to our newsletters. Even so, we hate junk mail just as much as you do so we will not flood your inbox with daily promotional offers, but about 5-10 times a year, maximum when we have something really special to tell.
